Corporate Governance

Evolution AB (publ) (“Evolution”) is a Swedish public limited company founded in 2006 whose shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Evolution’s corporate governance is based on the Swedish Companies Act, the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the “Code”), the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and Nasdaq Stockholm’s rules for issuers as well as internal regulations such as the articles of association, the board’s rules of procedure and other internal policies.
