Evolution today announced the U.S. launch of Ice Fishing, bringing one of its most successful recent live game shows to players in the United States.
Since its global debut in 2025, Ice Fishing has attracted more than 26 million players worldwide, with over 469 million fish caught in the game to date. Following its strong international performance, Ice Fishing is now making its U.S. debut in New Jersey, Michigan and Delaware. In New Jersey, the launch also marks the opening of Evolution's fourth Live Casino studio in Atlantic City, while in Michigan, it is being streamed from Evolution's Grand Rapids studio, which opened earlier this year.
About the Game
Created by Evolution, Ice Fishing is a fast-paced live game show that combines a virtual 53-segment money wheel with three unique bonus games: Lil’ Blues, Big Oranges and Huge Reds.
Each round moves quickly from the main wheel into the action, with players able to choose between instant payout spots or play for the chance to enter one of the three bonus games. Random multipliers of up to 10x can also be applied to selected wheel segments, adding another layer of anticipation to every spin.
Built around a distinctive frozen fishing world, Ice Fishing brings together live entertainment, fast gameplay and interactive bonus features in a new addition to Evolution’s growing live game show portfolio.
Jacob Claesson, Chief Executive Officer at Evolution North America, said: “Ice Fishing has become a viral hit with players around the world, and we’re excited to now bring that experience to the U.S. It’s fun, fast and unlike anything else in our Live Casino portfolio. This is just the beginning for Ice Fishing in the U.S., and we look forward to bringing the game to more players and more markets over the coming months.”
The U.S. debut in New Jersey, Michigan and Delaware marks the next stage in Ice Fishing’s global journey. Evolution expects to roll out the game across additional regulated U.S. markets over the coming months, making Ice Fishing available to more operators and players across the country.
