Evolution receives Associate Certification from Alderney

Evolution Gaming has received its Associate Certificate from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) following months of intensive effort.

Evolution Gaming has invested heavily in obtaining the correct licensing agreements to enable them it the launch of its products with across Europe, and the AGCC license is the latest addition to its portfolio of regulators.

Jens von Bahr, CEO of Evolution Gaming said: "We are happy and relieved to have gained the status after months of working closely with the AGCC, and we believe that we have accomplished the perfect balance between current software and terrestrial gaming licensing, placing us in a position to offer our games to operators and licensees alike."

The Alderney Gambling Control Commission is a non-political organisation that regulates eGambling for the States of Alderney. Established in 2000, the AGCC ensures that its regulatory and supervisory approach meets the highest international standards. Speaking out on behalf of the AGCC, Robin Le Prevost, Head of E-Commerce Development, said: "The unique approach that Evolution Gaming has to eGaming provided us with an interesting challenge. Evolution has set the standard for this unique approach and we are happy to refer future clients in this niche market to approach Evolution for advice when applying an AGCC license."
