Evolution Gaming, leading provider of Live Casino solutions, has won Best UK Table Gaming Product in the British Casino Awards 2019 for its Dual Play Roulette convergence solution.
The Live Casino innovator beat six other shortlisted companies to win the category, which is open to any table gaming product (including electronic table games) licensed to operate in a UK casino of any size.
Evolution received its award at the British Casino Awards ceremony, held at Quaglino’s in London’s St. James’s on Tuesday 5 February and compered by Canadian comic Sean Collins.
Evolution Dual Play has quickly become the convergence solution of choice for leading UK casinos such as the Grosvenor Victoria, The Ritz Club, Les Ambassadeurs Club, The Hippodrome, Lola’s at The Hippodrome and Genting’s Resorts World Birmingham, Genting Manchester and Palm Beach London.
In most of these venues the Evolution Dual Play tables are exclusive to the players/members of each casino/club. The Hippodrome and Grosvenor Victoria Dual Play tables, however — along with several other Evolution Dual Play tables globally — are also available, via B2B subscription services, to all licensees in the Evolution network so that their players can experience, online, the thrill of playing at these real land-based casinos.
Evolution Dual Play tables allow players on-premise at the actual table, and remote players too, to play simultaneously in the same live games at the same table. Players present in the casino can therefore continue their gaming at the live table on their smartphones and tablets while on-premise and away from the table — while enjoying a drink or a meal in a venue’s bar and restaurant areas, for example, or in the cab on the way home. At the same time, online players unable to be at the venue in person can be part of the gaming action by playing live on smartphone, tablet or desktop from virtually any other location.
2018 was an especially successful year for Evolution in this market segment, with no fewer than 15 Dual Play installations commissioned, both in Europe and in North America. 2018 also saw Evolution extend its Dual Play offering with the launch of Dual Play Baccarat.
