Evolution Gaming, leading provider of Live Casino solutions, has announced that it has been awarded the Innovation in Casino Entertainment award at the Sports Betting Community (SBC) Awards.
Evolution was recognised for its unique innovations released during 2019, including titles within its Live Game Shows category.
This category includes exceptionally popular Money Wheel variants, Deal or No Deal Live, Lightning Roulette and Lightning Dice to name a few. With the focus on entertainment, these games include multipliers, RNG elements and other technological enhancements, such as augmented reality, giving players an engaging and immersive gaming experience akin to a TV game show.
Evolution beat 11 other shortlisted companies to win the award, which recognises the company behind the most exciting innovations in the gaming sector, with an emphasis on technological innovations and their impact on customer experience, operational performance and product creation. Evolution received its award at the SBC Awards 2019 held at Battersea Evolution in London.
On winning the award, Evolution’s Chief Product Officer Todd Haushalter said: “We are delighted to have won this award. Innovation is at the heart of everything we do and we have released more titles than ever during 2019, including expanding our Live Game Shows category which represents a real breakthrough in our industry.”
At first, the main challenge was convincing people that the game was as real as it gets. When Evolution launched in 2006, live casino meant streaming a real casino table to a player’s computer.

Evolution has launched MONOPOLY Roll ’em, a new live dice game inspired by the world-famous board game. Combining straightforward gameplay, short and easy-to-follow rounds, and dynamic multipliers of up to 300x, MONOPOLY Roll 'em invites players to predict where the iconic MONOPOLY top hat will land as it moves around a 12-square board. This release forms part of Evolution’s exclusive partnership with Hasbro.
