Evolution makes it 4 wins a row in Live Casino Supplier of the Year Award

For the fourth consecutive year, Evolution Gaming has been named Live Casino Supplier of the Year at the EGR (eGaming Review) B2B Awards. Once again, Evolution took top spot ahead of Playtech, Microgaming, MediaLiveCasino and Ezugi at the prestigious gaming industry awards evening held on Thursday, June 6 at The Pavilion at the Tower of London.

This latest in a long run of successive wins, says Evolution CEO Jens von Bahr, “Reinforces Evolution’s standing not only as the world leader in video-streamed Live Dealer gaming, but as an innovator that constantly delivers new opportunities and first-to-market advantage for operators in established and re-regulating markets.”

The award was collected by Evolution’s COO, Svante Liljevall, who said: “The past year has been arguably the most concentrated period of product innovation in our short history. We’ve launched Mobile Live Gaming for iPad, Live Casino Hold’em, the first online Live Roulette service for a .com in the new Spanish market with 888.es, and Live Casino TV show table feeds and iPad betting interface integration for Lottomatica in Italy.”

Liljevall continued, “Added to this, we’ve met a huge increase in demand from licensees for dedicated, branded Live Casino environments. That’s a great challenge to have. It demonstrates that our licensees are getting a great return on investment when they choose to run their own branded areas, and when they use native speaking dealers to drive both new player acquisition and long-term loyalty. That demand has meant we now have more than 100 live tables at our Riga studios, making us by far the largest single-site casino operation in Europe and, most importantly, giving our licensees access to fantastic facilities and choice.”

He concluded, “We are all absolutely thrilled to have won this award for four years in a row, but we won’t be resting on our laurels. Knowing all the exciting developments we have coming up, there’s no chance of us giving up this award easily.”
