A pilot installation is the first step. Pilot programs are run in two phases.
- In phase one your BOB product list is developed and LaneHawk is installed - but not connected to your POS - in your pilot store(s). LaneHawk runs for 2-4 weeks gathering baseline data about your BOB transactions and losses (compared to your transaction log).
- In phase two, LaneHawk is integrated with your POS system, cashiers are trained, and you can track and measure your BOB savings against the baseline.
A pilot program can run for as short as 30 days, or as long as 90 days. Success metrics are developed at the onset of the pilot to be sure the solution meets your needs. Following the pilot program, a corporate-wide roll-out can happen quickly so you can start capturing lost revenue as soon as possible.
