Evolution Robotics™ Expands Distribution of ER1 Robot Kit to Asia

Bandai Japan, and Neuro Systems Korea Tapped As Initial Resellers

Pasadena, CA – 04/07/03 – Evolution Robotics™ Inc., a leading provider of state-of-the-art robotics solutions, today announced plans for distribution of its ER1 Hobbyist Robot Kit in Asia. The companies selected as initial distribution partners include Bandai in Japan and Neuro Systems in Korea.

The ER1 was successfully launched in the US retail market in October of 2002, and is the first easy-to-use robot system that provides real-world, robust robotics functionality, allowing hobbyists to create their own personal robots. The robot kit comes with the necessary hardware and software components to make up a functional personal robot. The ER1 is sold as a kit which is available either assembled or unassembled.

Evolution Robotics also offers comprehensive robotics solutions - software, embedded systems and robot design - to assist OEMs in developing and bringing to market state-of-the-art robots and robotic enhanced products for consumer and industrial use.
